How to request an exchange?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item.
To do so, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at customercare@shinedove.in or +91 6300810661 and provide your order number, name, email address, phone number, and reason for exchange
- We will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the confirmation email in the package.
- Ship the item to the following address:

Lorem ipsum - Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your exchange. We shall share a link from where you can choose an alternative product and will ship it to you once you have made your selection.
If there is a difference in cost, the customer would have to pay te balance amount before we ship the exchanged product.
When will I receive my exchanged product?
What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged or incorrect product. In such cases, we will replace the product or exchange the product with another one of your choice. To report a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at customercare@shinedove.in or +91 6300810661 within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide your order number, name, email address, phone number, and a photo of the product showing the damage or error.
- We will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the product back to us. We will cover the shipping costs of returning the product.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the confirmation email in the package.
- Ship the product to the address mentioned above.
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and send you a replacement or process your exchange.
