1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on selected products. If you wish to return your product within 30 days for any reason, we will accept items that are in their original condition, accompanied by the certificates provided at the time of purchase.

How to Return a Product:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Delight team at customersupport@shinedove.com to initiate a return.
  2. Receive a Return Package: Upon receiving your request, we will send you a ShineDove tamper-proof package with pre-printed shipping details.
  3. Pack Your Jewellery: Place your jewellery, original packaging, and certificates in the tamper-proof package. Once sealed, the package cannot be reopened.
  4. Arrange a Pickup: Contact our Customer Delight team, and we will arrange a courier to pick up the package. In some areas, if a pickup isn’t possible, we will guide you to the nearest drop-off location.
  5. Shipping Costs: There are no shipping charges for returns. If you incur any costs, send us the receipt, and we will refund it to your ShineDove account.

Once your item is received by ShineDove, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement.

2. Lifetime Exchange Policy

Our Lifetime Exchange Policy is available for selected products. You can return your jewellery for its current value, with a small deduction for melting and recovery costs.

How the Exchange Works:

  1. The value is determined based on the current prices of diamonds, gemstones, and gold listed on our website.
  2. Any discounts or vouchers used during the purchase will be deducted from the exchange value.
  3. A 5% deduction (subject to a minimum of ₹500 per product) will be applied for recovery costs. This value will be issued as a voucher valid for 12 months, which can be used for any purchase except gold coins.

3. Free Delivery/Shipping Policy

We provide Free Delivery/Shipping on all ShineDove purchases.

  1. Delivery Time: Products that are ready to ship will be delivered within 2-7 days, while made-to-order items may take 2-15 days, depending on your location.
  2. Packaging: Your jewellery is securely packed in durable, tamper-proof packaging and is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep.
  3. Gift Packaging: If you’re purchasing jewellery as a gift, we offer complimentary gift wrapping in our exclusive ShineDove packaging.
